Broadcasted University Event

To kick off the Conference, on January 9th there was an Austrian Broadcasting Corporation DialogForum Event held at Webster Vienna Private University: ‘How to Change the World.’

International influencers shared their experience and ideas, starting with refugee issues and extending out to a broad range of social issues.

The event was very successful, with participants both in the university audience and via live stream globally. Photos (credit: Webster Vienna Private University) below.

Cooperation with IDN-InDepthNews

The ‘Collaborative Vision of SDG 5’ Conference was honored to cooperate with IDN-InDepthNews, a flagship agency of the International Press Syndicate group, in reporting on the various panels. This cooperation was made possible through the generous invitation of Director-General & Editor-in-Chief Ramesh Jaura.

Via this partnership, young people (from the Vienna Liaison Office of the Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS), from the Regional Academy on the United Nations (RAUN), and from Webster Vienna Private University authored articles which were subsequently published at both IDN-InDepthNews and SDGs for All.
